No matter which doctor I saw for any given procedure, I never felt rushed and always felt
they were compassionate and listening. I felt they were aware of our case details. The team
review approach to treatment specifics keeps all providers up to date so they are able to
answer on call questions appropriately.
One cycle which was covered under insurance (so the financial impact was significantly
less), and one cycle that was self pay. Staff was more than willing to assist with
recommendations in offering manageable financing options. Neither Buffalo IVF or the
chosen financial company made it a high stress high pressure situation. Disbursement of
funds for treatment and financing for medications was seamless. All of which made our
second cycle as low stress as possible.
We were always treated with compassion and understanding. Given time to process and
move forward when we were ready.
We had two successful back-to-back IVF cycles resulting in two live births despite a
partially unexplained infertility diagnosis.
I would recommended Buffalo IVF to many people. They were never unrealistic with me and
I never had a inflated sense of success rates. Dr Sullivan answered my questions with
statistics, evidence, and a dose of reality.
